Charges for space available

from £220 per sqm. Rates held over from 2019.

Minimum booth area available is 6 sqm. (This may change depending on social distancing advice at the time)

Venue and Covid:

This venue has been chosen to be easily accessible with all activity on one floor. The plan for the area will take curent best practice to minimise and transfer of COVID. All delegates and exhibitors will be expected to be currently up to date on vaccinations of undertake lateral flow tests each morning to confirm no infection.

The exhibition is in one main area where food and poster presentations will be offered alongside areas for networking. The ambience will be relaxed yet professional.

The success of opening the exhibition early on the Wednesday will be retained for 2023 so time with delegates will be maximised.
