The Registration Fees for the 2024 UKCS Annual Scientific Meeting and Workshops are listed below and we welcome all colleagues in the UK and from abroad.  The Registration Fees are essentially to cover the costs of staging the events and they are subsidized by UKCS as well as the companies involved. 

Registration for UKCS ASM includes: access to the programme and exhibition and the following features: 

• Main Scientific Programme
• The Exhibition and Company Zone
• Poster Displays and Free Paper Abstracts
• Refreshment at breaks
• Workshops (pre-booking required)
• Complimentary Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner (must be pre-booked by Full Delegates only and subject to availability)

• CPD Certificate (downloadable)

Membership Rates
Significant savings are available for UKCS Members* including for trainees, so we strongly recommend that if you are not a Member, you join for 2024.  Here is more information:  *excluding Free Members.

Discounts: An Early Payment Discount is available for bookings made up to and including 11th March 2024. All fees are due by card at the time of the booking.

Day Delegates: Day delegate attendance is currently not offered due to the low two day rate inclusive of social tickets.

Value Added Tax:
VAT is included in the Registration Fees promoted. Receipts can be downloaded on card payment.

UKCS Workshop Series 2024

1. UKCS Urodynamics Reaccreditation. 10th April 2024: 13.00 start. Duration approx.180 minutes.

Course Fee: £60.00 (£80.00 late) for UKCS Members.   £110.00  (£130.00 late) for Non-members. All participants must be attending the UKCS ASM. Please pre book your attendance. Registration will ensure you are sent a briefing for the meeting.  (more info)

2. OASI: including endo-anal ultrasound. 10th April 2024: 13.00 start. Duration approx. 360 minutes

Course Fee: £60.00 (£80.00 late) for UKCS Members.   £110.00  (£130.00 late) for Non-members. All participants must be attending the UKCS ASM. Please pre book your attendance. Registration will ensure you are sent a briefing for the meeting.  (more info)

3. Supporting Pessary for Pelvic Organ Prolapse: 10th April 2024: 13.00 start . Duration approx. 360 minutes

4. Flexi-cystoscope and botulinum toxin type A: 10th April 2024: 13.00 -various times 11th April 2024 from 10.30 - various times . Duration approx. 45 minutes

Course Fee: No charge - all participants must be registered for the UKCS ASM. Please pre book your attendance. Registration will ensure you are sent a briefing for the meeting.  (more info)

Covid Developments: The UKCS and the venues in Cheltenham will be implementing procedures and systems to ensure the safety of participants. 

Sustainability and Carbon: The UKCS and the venues in Cheltenham will be working to reducing their carbon footprint and use of plastics. These 'measures' will be published soon. 

Terms and Conditions

Please note the following booking conditions: 

1.    Bookings for UKCS ASM must be made online and paid for at the time of booking, by debit or credit card only. 

2.    Additional bookings can be added later via the “Modify Booking” option, once a participant has made one booking in the system. 

3. The Joining Instructions will be emailed to delegates a week before the conference.   

4.    Payment is by card (debit or credit) only and fees cannot be invoiced***  Our automated booking system makes receipts available immediately after a successful card payment. 

5.    It remains the responsibility OF THE DELEGATE to ensure that payment is received by the Secretariat. ***No contact with Finance Departments/Managers/Budget Holders/Procurement Teams can be entered into without additional charges.  No additional documentation can be provided by the Secretariat to achieve payment, in order to keep the administrative costs down. The Secretariat will deal with the named delegate only.

6.   Savings are to be made by booking at the Early Registration Fee for each event.  The Fees will automatically increase on the date shown in the grid above. 

7. Complimentary tickets to the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner must be pre-booked and subject to availability. If full a waiting list will be used.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. E-Mail is acceptable.

•    Cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat by E-Mail.

•    Cancellations: Up to 1 March will receive a refund of the Registration Fess less 25%; after1 March, the refund will incur a reduction of 40%, to cover our costs.

•    All approved refunds will be processed to the same card used for payment and issued up to 60 days after the Conference. 

•    Name changes are possible – to swap one delegate for another within a booking – without charge.  A name change should be E-Mailed to ukcs@indexcommunications.com including the name of the booked delegate, their replacement and the new contact E-Mail address for the booking. Dietary requirements should also be notified.

 GDPR policy for delegates:
The Hosts and Organisers for these events take Data Protection very seriously and delegates’ privacy is paramount.  For the purposes of the administration of bookings, delegate data is required.  During the booking process, bookers have the option to decline the publication of delegate address data.  E-Mail addresses are never published.
