UKCS 2024 Welcome ReceptionWednesday 10th April 2024, 6.30pm – 8.30pm At The Queens Hotel in The Regency Suite, The Promenade, Cheltenham, GL50 1NN The night before the opening of the main Conference there will be a Welcome Reception. All delegates are welcome but attendance must be pre-booked. The Welcome Reception will include drinks and nibbles. The venue for the Welcome Reception has been selected because of its excellent location in the Montpellier district of Cheltenham (The Town Hall is also in this district), a short walk to a variety of restaurants including The Ivy Brasserie, Brasserie Blanc, ASK Italian and many independent eateries too. The Queens Hotel is also our Hub Hotel for this Conference, so many delegates may be staying there. The aim of this event is to bring together old friends and new to share some early evening light refreshments in an informal, relaxed setting before delegates enjoy one of the many local restaurants. Tickets are complimentary with Full Registration, but please indicate at the time of registering whether or not you wish to attend. This will be the highlight of the networking opportunities of this Conference, staged in the magnificent Princess Hall. After a drinks reception, dinner will be served, followed by a live band to encourage guests onto the dancefloor.
