28th United Kingdom Continence SocietyOn line for Spring 2022Annual Scientific Meeting30th March to 1st April 2022 | Registration Now Open: Discounted deadline: 7th March 2022 |
Dear Friends and Colleagues In view of the ongoing Pandemic and the continued restrictions in place the 28th United Kingdom Continence Society Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) will be held online. This follows on from the success of our the first online ASM hosted by the Glasgow UKCS team in 2021 (Still available here). We hope this year once again to deliver an excellent educational programme, with something for all of the many disciplines that make up UKCS, which can be accessed by our members & delegates wherever they may find themselves during these continuing challenging times for the NHS and us all. Our Pre-conference workshops will run on Wednesday 30th March, with 2 full days of programme on the Thursday (31st March) and Friday (1st April). The Programme once again includes invited speakers, a key note lecture and the all important presentation of abstracts showcasing the important multidisciplinary projects our members have been working on over the last year. Topics include OASI - Assessment & Counselling, Registries & databases, the Holistic OAB Service, Non-surgical Management of Pelvic Pain, UTI’s, Pelvic disease & Dysfunction , Pelvic Floor Assessment . We also have a ‘How do I perform SUI surgery’: a quick fire session where leading clinicians from across the UK (and further afield) discuss how they perform the variety of procedures that form part of the Surgical Management of Stress Urinary Incontinence in women.
