Welcome Reception

The night before the opening of the main Conference there will be a casual Welcome 'Reception' Get together just two minutes round the corner from the conference venue in the new Elaine's 

The Welcome Get together will include drinks. Please Register at the DeVere Grand Connaught Rooms from 18.00 to collect your conference materials including a badge and drinks vouchers which you will need at Elaine's.

The venue for the Welcome 'Get together' has been selected because of its excellent location near the venue and Covent Garden. There are numerous eateries in very easy walking distance.

Elaine’s is a New York-inspired Bar, Restaurant, and Takeaway Deli, bringing the cosmopolitan spirit of the Big Apple to the heart of one of the world’s most multicultural cities—London.

The aim of this event is to bring together old friends and new to share some early evening light refreshments in an informal, relaxed setting before delegates enjoy one of the many local restaurants.

Tickets are complimentary with Full Registration, but please indicate at the time of registering whether or not you wish to attend.

No transport is provided to this event. All walking distance.

At The Grand Ballroom, De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, Covent Garden.

This will be the highlight of the networking opportunities of this Conference, staged in the magnificent Ballroom at our conference venue.

After a drinks reception, dinner will be served, followed by a Ceilidh Tree and disco to encourage guests onto the dance floor.

Tickets are complimentary with Full Registration, but please indicate at the time of registering whether or not you wish to attend.

Guest tickets and tickets for Day Delegates are available at a cost of £99.00
