Symposium:

Duration up to 45 minutes. The opportunity to provide education with in-person speakers and/or streamed-in speakers: ideally speakers will have a professionally-produced video of the presentations and then will be available to appear live during the session for Q&A and voting etc.

The production values must reflect those of the UKCS event and offer CPD value.

UKCS Academy:  The Symposium will be retained as part of the UKCS ASM programme in the UKCS Academy after the event for viewing and can also be used by your company. 

£5,000.00 licence (plus production budget estimate @ £700.00 plus VAT if required)

Seminars and Workshops: 

We invite companies to develop seminar and workshop programmes to be hosted on the Wednesday  (10th April 2024) to CPD standards to be included as part of the educational programme. Timings from 10.30 and 12.30.

The programme can include  live speakers and pre-recordings, in-person or  streamed-in international speakers; recordings must be professionally-produced; speakers to appear ‘live’ during the session for Q&A and voting etc.

Demonstrations can be streamed too with no loss of information when streamed.

UKCS Academy: The Seminar/Workshop can be retained as part of the UKCS ASM programme in the UKCS Academy after the event for viewing and can also be used by your company. 

Product placement is allowed but needs to be done in a relevant way.
£2,250.00 per placement (plus production budget estimate @ £550.00 plus VAT if required)

Poster Reviews and Awards:

We are calling for abstracts to be submitted by delegates and companies for poster presentation.

An opinion-leader will review the best posters with interaction between the leader and author.

Sponsorship will include an award for the best poster in a selected specialty. Abstract pdfs will be placed on the conference website and acknowledgement of support will be given.

£600.00 per award. 

Oral Presentation Awards:

We are calling for abstracts to be submitted by delegates and companies. These will be reviewed and accepted as oral poster or oral presentations.

Sponsorship will include an award for the best oral presentation in a selected specialty.

Acknowledgement of support will be given.
